COTW: Hunger in America

In a land of plenty for some, hunger is widespread and growing in America:

Hunger affects all regions of the country and impacts children the most. 16 million children under the age of majority live in a household without food security. Childhood hunger hampers a person's ability to learn and they are more likely to suffer poverty as an adult.
