One of the top executives of Freddie Mac, the home mortgage institution seized by federal regulators, apparently hanged himself in the basement of his suburban Virginia mansion. His wife found the body in the early morning yesterday. No note was left at the scene. David Kellerman was supposed to receive an $850,000 retention bonus. He is one of a
