Minimization and denial of the Fukushima meltdown disaster is backfiring on TEPCo, the nuclear plant owner, and the Japanese government as
more "hotspots" of radioactivity are located in areas not within the evacuation zone. The government response so far has been to
raise levels of permissible exposure. It increased the allowable limit from 1mSv/year to 20mSv/year. This
