he accepted Kim Jong-un's apparently frank and sincere willingness to discuss nuclear disarmament with the United States. If the Deep State allows him to follow through on his imperious acquiescence, peace on the armed peninsula of Korea will be the single greatest, historic accomplishment of his administration. Swallowing Trump's expensive military parade ($30 million) after such a breakthrough will be much less distasteful.
