One thing you can bet on--his con never stops. He may be facing a criminal referral from Congress and indictment for the Mar-a-Lago Papers rip-off, but he is always selling the only thing he has, the Trump brand. That product may soon be in tatters if it is not already.
This week it was revealed that Trump Org, a conglomeration of 500 companies owned by him was secretly held in contempt of court for disobeying grand jury subpoenas and court orders. New York judge Juan Manuel Merchan ruled the Org was willfully disobeying four subpoenas and three court orders, leaving prosecutor ill-prepared to question witnesses in the tax fraud case recently concluded with a jury verdict of guilty on 17 counts. Trump's company was fined $4000, the maximum allowed by law. The contempt finding was issued on December 8th, but kept under seal until the conclusion of the tax fraud prosecution.
