With the Golden Globes underway and the Oscars(R) and Emmies coming up, I thought it only appropriate to create an award for the administration member most likely to become a fascist. The year is only a month old but it will be very difficult to exceed the performance of Charles Stimson, a deputy assistant secretary for detainee affairs, who suggested that CEOs should black list corporate law firms representing detainees at Guantanamo Bay. Such breathtaking obtuse pettiness deserves a "Himmler". Congratulations, Mr. Stimson.
