Of the 1.6 million US soldiers deployed to Iraq and Afghanistan, 18-20 percent--about 300,000-- suffer from
post traumatic stress syndrome. Few seek treatment through DoD or VA because of the social stigma attached to psychiatric care. If left untreated the syndrome can lead to
