Breaking: Both the New York Times and
Associated Press are reporting that Total Douche received a written intelligence briefing in February, 2019 about a unit of the GRU, Russian military intelligence, offering and apparently paying bounties for the killing of US personnel in Afghanistan. According to one inside source, the chances he reads the daily intelligence brief by himself are, "basically zero". John Bolton, the former US security advisor, has also told reporters that he personally informed the President about the intelligence in March, 2019. The story contradicts previous statements from the VWH that he was not briefed about the information.
