North Korea blew up its liaison office with South Korea in retaliation for alleged provocations from the South consisting of balloons loaded with anti-regime propaganda floated over the DMZ by defectors from the North. The building, located in Kaesong near the demilitarized zone, was empty. According to John Bolton's venal exposé, Secretary of State Mike Pompeo had a very dim view of Total Douche's diplomatic overtures towards North Korea. Allegedly Pompeo passed a note to Bolton during a 2017 meeting with the North Korean dictator, 'Rocket Man' Un, saying their President, "was so full of shit." No, really?
